Sierra Yoga for Teens

Presented by Sierra Agape Center and The Lake Tahoe Wellness Center, learn the philosophy and practice of yoga in a fun, creative and safe environment.  Placer County teens aged 12 to 18 also participate at no cost (donations of $1.00 - $2.00 are greatly appreciated!)

• Learn to be peaceful and calm even in the most challenging times
• Learn to focus your energy and atttention where it is most important
• Learn to be more compassionate with yourself and others
• Learn how not to worry about things you have no control over - let go of outcomes
• Become stronger and more flexible, which will greatly enhance athletic performance

Classes are on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm, beginning July 19th.  Please also join us for a very special class on August 2nd, with guest teacher 15 year-old Nicholas Cruz.  Starting at 4:15pm, hear his story of becoming a registered yoga teacher and experience his teaching.  Call (530) 414-1185 for more information.

Girlfriends Wellness Retreat
